On June 19, 2026, CVDM held its Annual General Meeting online. Founded in 2021, CVDM completed this year its first full year of active deployment with the Meshora platform. The AGM covered the annual activity report, financial statement approval, by-law amendments, and board of directors renewal.
A moment to reflect, and above all, a starting point for the next chapter.
A Renewed Board of Directors
Board members were renewed in their respective roles. The board composition for 2026-2027:
These six individuals contribute to CVDM on a volunteer basis. They represent diverse segments of Quebec's manufacturing ecosystem and bring hands-on expertise that few organizations can count on. Their ongoing commitment is what makes the mission possible.
CVDM in 2025-2026: Three Major Achievements
1. NGen Project CLUS-14762 Delivered Two Months Ahead of Schedule
Funded at $300,000 by NGen on a total budget of $853,870, the AI-powered intersectoral matchmaking project was completed in December 2025, two months ahead of the original deadline, with no scope reduction and within the approved budget. The Meshora platform is now operational and validated in real-world conditions. A standardized onboarding process allows a new association to be integrated in approximately two weeks.
2. Two New Associate Members
The Chambre de commerce de Montréal Centre Sud Ouest (CCCSOM) and Chaudière-Appalaches Économique (CAÉ) joined CVDM in 2026. The CCCSOM partnership is part of a $568,000 project funded by the Quebec government, announced in February 2026 with the support of Employment Minister Pascale Déry. These additions confirm the relevance of CVDM's mission beyond its founding members.
3. Inter-Association Momentum That Continues
Meetings between AMQ, RTMQ, Créneau Machines and CVDM have continued actively well after the formal close of the NGen project, confirming CVDM's role as a permanent coordinator of the manufacturing ecosystem.
